Microsoft Power Automate, included within the Pump Subscription, enables recruitment businesses to streamline processes and automate repetitive tasks using no code / low code Cloud Flows. Power Automate can handle simple tasks like sending notifications and more complex processes across multiple apps and services.

Its intuitive interface and hundres of Microsoft and 3rd party connectors allow businesses to create workflows with little to no knowledge of coding. You can drag and drop components and set up workflows to save time and improve efficiency. You can even use an embedded Copilot to create cloud flows by suggesting actions and providing guidance throughout the flow creation process.
Microsoft’s large ecosystem of software as a service (SaaS) connectors enables you to connect apps, data, and devices in the cloud. Examples of popular connectors include Dataverse, Office 365, DocuSign, Sharepoint, Teams, Google services, AI Builder and more. Custom Connectors can be built with APIs where one does not already exist.

Custom built Microsoft Power Automate Flow, with trigger and conditions of choice utilising one or more cover templates along with one or more original or structured CVs. This can be utilised for speculative or non-speculative CV sending.
For example, a button on a Requirement that utilises a client specific branded template merging in specific fields, that also includes the original CVs of all associated Candidates that have been attached, and stores the generated Word document within the Requirement’s Sharepoint folder. This can then be sent to the Contact of the Requirement without leaving Pump.

AI Generated Job Adverts using AI Builder Connector with conditions, prompts, fields and triggers of choice
Available to implement within your Pump Power App is a brand new Generative AI Template - powered by Microsoft AI Builder and Microsoft Power Automate. This solution will automatically write job adverts based on related Requirement data and customisable prompts - saving recruiters time and providing consistency across your business.
Once ready, the Job Advert record can be published to Job Boards via Broadbean or your Microsoft Dataverse API. Applicants will be automatically returned into Pump as Job Advert Response records, ready for review before being automatically parsed and attached to the Requirement or rejected.

Automatically generate a document from a Requirement for your clients, containing formatting, data and outputs of your choosing.
For example, utilising a button, generate a branded Word document containing a report on the progress of a Requirement, with a branded cover sheet, a list of Shortlisted Candidates with key data in a table with formatting depending on category applied, a report of key stats, and a list of all the CVs of Candidates in the table. Automatically return the Word document to the Sharepoint folder for editing before sending to the Contact from within Pump.

Sending of Word generated contract via button on Placement, utilising e-signing connector, update of records and returning of signed document to Sharepoint
Our template example enables a user to trigger the generation of a Candidate Contract in Word from a Placement, send it to DocuSign via the Power Automate connector available, and once completed, return the signed contract to the Sharepoint folder of the Candidate whilst simultaneously updating the Compliance Item record for the Candidate Contract with appropriate details.
